We use various methods to advertise your property to potential tenants, such as online listings, yard signs, flyers, referrals, and social media. We also conduct thorough background checks on all applicants, including credit, criminal, income, and rental history verification.
We conduct a market analysis to determine the optimal rent price for your property based on its location, condition, features, amenities, and current demand. We also monitor the market trends and adjust the rent accordingly to maximize your income and minimize vacancies.
We have a network of licensed and insured contractors who can perform quality work at reasonable prices. We also have an emergency hotline that tenants can call 24/7 for urgent issues. We coordinate all maintenance and repair requests with you and the tenants and supervise the work to ensure your satisfaction.
We collect rent from tenants electronically via our online portal or by other methods such as check or money order. We deposit the rent into your bank account within a few days after receiving it. We also provide you with monthly statements and year-end tax reports that show your income and expenses.
